"I will give you rest."Matthew 11:28, on the planner's cover
A day that runs you
Lights out, and it's easy to go to bed feeling like you failed.
Today, as it went
- Woke to crying. Quiet time moved to "later."
- Breakfast, twice. The planner page still blank.
- Still no quiet minute with God.
- Nap time. Dishes, a load of laundry, a text back. The nap ended first.
- Dinner? No idea yet.
- Scrolling in bed. Two more printables saved.
A gentle rhythm, one small step a day
The old way: save another printable and hope next week goes better.
The new way: follow a gentle rhythm, one small step a day.
My six steps: start your day with God, create a daily rhythm, simplify motherhood, make room for rest, reduce decision fatigue, and enjoy the little moments.

I'm Mildred.
I want this to be a resource for moms: practical tips, and help with their spiritual growth and knowledge of the Lord.
I want moms to know they can stop striving for perfection and find their identity in Christ.
I enjoy creating journals, planners and devotionals. Some I share for free, like my guide, A Gentle Rhythm for Mom. This Kit puts my six steps into your day.
"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart."
Jeremiah 1:5

Will anything come in the mail?
No. Each printable is a digital file. You download it and print at home.
What printer and paper do I need?
A home printer and plain paper work. Card stock is nice for the scripture cards and the wall art. A local printing service works too.
What size are the pages?
The Scripture Mini Cards are 3.75 x 4.75 in. Jesus My Shepherd is 5.5 x 8.5 in. The wall art comes in 5 print sizes.
Do the wallpapers need a printer?
No. Overcome Fear goes on your phone's lock screen, and God's Help and Protection goes on your computer.
What if my kids nap at different times?
The Rhythm Builder takes up to 3 schedules and finds a shared nap if there is one. Times print as "about 1:00". Naps changed? Make a new page in about a minute.
Does the Rhythm Builder work on my phone?
Yes, it opens in your phone's browser. Type your times and print or save your page.
I've saved lots of printables and never used them. Why this one?
The Kit comes with a place to start. 7 Gentle Days gives you one small step a day for a week, and Day 1 tells you what to print. The rest can wait.
How much time does it take?
About 5 to 10 minutes a day for the first 7 days. My guide says even 5 to 10 minutes with God in the morning counts.
Is it faith-based?
Yes. Loved for Who I Am is a devotional, the cards, wall art and wallpapers carry Bible verses, and Jesus My Shepherd tells Psalm 23 for young kids.
My kids are older (or younger)?
I made the Kit for moms of little ones, about six and under. The planner, the devotional and the verse cards are for you. The coloring books and Jesus My Shepherd are for your little ones.
Kit or the planner alone?
The planner is $12 on its own. The Kit is $27 and has the planner, 7 more printables and both bonuses.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to within 7 days of paying, and I'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
How do I get it?
Pay by card on Stripe. Your download page opens right after you pay, with 7 Gentle Days first. Stripe emails you a receipt.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. One payment of $27. No subscription.
Can I resell or share these printables?
