What I collect

• When you ask for my free gifts, start an order, or ask me to tell you when checkout opens: your full name, your email and, if you add it, your phone number. When you start an order or ask about checkout, the site also saves the day and time you first visited this page and the type of browser and device you use.
• When you pay: Stripe takes your payment. I see your email, what you bought and how much you paid. I never see your card number.
• When you visit: which pages you open, which buttons you tap, and the site or link that brought you here. Your browser keeps a random visit ID for 30 days, so I can count visits without knowing who you are. It also keeps the time of your first visit here until you clear this site's data in your browser. If you fill in a form, I link that ID to your name and email, so I can see which page or post brought you.

The times you type into the Rhythm Builder stay on your device. I don't receive or save them.

Why I use it

• To give you your free gifts and your download page.
• To answer your questions and help with your order.
• To email you once when checkout opens, if you asked me to tell you.
• To send you updates by phone, only if you ask for them. Say stop anytime.
• To see which pages, posts and ads help moms find me.

Who sees it

• Me.
• Sell & Scale (RB Empire LLC), who builds and runs this site and stores your details for me, with the web hosting and storage services it uses. They use your details only to run this site for me.
• Stripe, to take your payment.

I may also share details if the law requires it. I never sell, rent or trade your information.

Meta and my ads

This site uses the Meta Pixel. It sets cookies and tells Meta when you view a page, tap a shop link or send a form. When you buy, my site tells Meta a purchase happened and its amount, with a scrambled copy of your email, the type of browser you use and Meta's own visit IDs from its cookies on this site. That lets Meta tell whether one of my ads led to your order. You can change how Meta uses this in your Facebook ad settings. Clearing this site's cookies in your browser removes Meta's visit IDs.

How long I keep it

I keep your details until you ask me to delete them. I keep order records as long as tax law asks.

See, fix or delete your details

Write to hello@imsetapart.com with the name and email you used. I'll show you what I have, fix it or delete it, and write back when it's done. Order records that tax law asks me to keep stay until that time is up.

Children

This site is for adults. I don't knowingly collect details from children.

Changes

If I change this page, I'll update the date at the top.
